Bookings should be made at least 24 hours prior to departure to ensure vehicle availability.
Full flight details (airline, flight number, and departure time) must be provided at the time of booking.
Rates are per vehicle, not per person (adjustable based on hotel policy).
Passenger and luggage capacity must follow the hotel’s vehicle limits.
Guests are required to be in the lobby at least 10 minutes before pick-up time.
The hotel is not responsible for delays caused by traffic or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
No-show or last-minute cancellation may result in full charge.
Any changes to booking must be requested at least 3 hours before pick-up and remain subject to availability.
The service includes hotel-to-airport drop-off only; other destinations may incur additional fees.
